Sea Island

Last week we spent a few days on the beach in Sea Island, Georgia. The boys loved playing in the sand and the pool, and Ella happily watched or took naps in her carrier. It was fun being there as a family and enjoying a little break before we went back to school.





























On Friday morning we got up early to take the Jeep Shell Train to the undeveloped Southern end of the island to look for shells. Max loved the Jeep Shell Train! He loves Thomas the Train and kept calling Sea Island the "Island of Sodor" so he was so happy to finally see (and ride on!) a train.




























The afternoons were really hot, so we watched movies and took long naps before heading back to the pool and beach around dinner time.




There was an ice cream parlor at the Beach Club, which the boys loved. There was also a candy store. Kid heaven.
