Our Little Biker!

We are back in our house, on our little street in Atlanta, at the end of a dead-end street. When we moved away, Grayson was still a toddler. But now he's a "big kid" and is able to play with all the other kids on the street (there are 9 kids ages 7 and under!). This of course means riding bikes and swinging on the swings our neighbors put up in the cul-de-sac island. We didn't have a bike for Grayson, so we borrowed an extra one from one of our neighbors for Grayson to use until Santa can bring him his own. He loves it!

Uh oh!

Grayson sang a song he learned at school ("Down by the bay, Where the watermelons grow . . .") as he went round and round the cul-de-sac.

Life is good!

33 Week Belly

We're in the final stretch - - just 6 weeks until Nov. 3rd (scheduled c-section date). I am feeling really large and uncomfortable. It's hard to sleep and the baby's kicks are really strong! Unfortunately the baby is measuring small, so I am seeing a specialist and getting regular ultrasounds. It's the same issue we had with Grayson, so we're not overly worried. My Dr. is great and I trust her completely. We just may have another itty bitty one :)

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man!

After much discussion and debate (no, Grayson, you cannot be Darth Vader!), and many hours perusing the Internet's many costume sites, Grayson decided that he would be Spider-man for Halloween. The first-runner-up was Batman, and honorable mentions go to Super Why and an Astronaut, but in the end Spider-man will save the day. After all, with great power comes great responsibility.

The Snack Basket!

This week it was Grayson's turn to fill up the snack basket for school. Sunday afternoon we went to the grocery store and Grayson helped pick out apple sauce, grapes, baby carrots, bananas, raisins, crackers, and rice cakes for his class for the entire week. This morning we packed them all up and he brought them to school for all the kids to share.

This morning Grayson was singing his ABC's very sweetly, so of course I grabbed my camera. But of course as soon as it was on, he decided to ham it up. Someday I plan to show this video to his future bride so she knows what she's getting into!

Grayson's First Gator Tailgate

Last weekend Tony and Grayson drove to Gainesville for the UF - Miami game. All weekend Grayson proudly announced that he was on a "boy's trip" since Mommy had stayed behind in Atlanta to rest and continue unpacking the house in peace (we just moved in - yay!). Because the game was a night game, Grayson stayed home with Mima, but he did get to go to a tailgate party earlier in the day.

Gooooooo Gators!

Beer pong - fortunately I have a while before I have to worry about this.
